We serve the whole City of Toronto, and the quickest way to start is to tell us where the group gathers and where it ends the night. A party bus suits a larger group, a limousine suits a smaller one, and a chauffeured SUV or sedan fits executive and airport trips. Every vehicle comes with a driver, and each quote is built from your date, hours, route and headcount.
How is Toronto organised, and does it matter for pickups?
Toronto is a single-tier city, so there is no regional government sitting above it. Its neighbours on every side are regions: Peel, York, Durham and Halton. Together with Toronto they make up the Greater Toronto Area. Hwy 427 forms part of the western boundary, which is why a pickup near the edge of Etobicoke can sit close to Mississauga.
In 1998 the former municipalities of East York, Etobicoke, North York, Old Toronto, Scarborough and York were amalgamated into the present city. Visitors rarely care about that history, but it explains how locals describe where they live. We use those names too, so you can say “north end of Scarborough” and we will ask the follow-up questions that fix the exact address.
Which parts of Toronto do we link to?
- Downtown Toronto: arenas, the waterfront and the main rail hub.
- Scarborough: the east end of the city.
- North York: the north-central part of the city.
- Etobicoke: the west end, next to Mississauga.
Across the boundary you will also find Mississauga, Vaughan and Markham. Our locations hub lists every area.
Why do Toronto groups book a party bus?
Event nights are the obvious case. Scotiabank Arena at 40 Bay Street hosts the Maple Leafs and Raptors, and Exhibition Place on Princes’ Boulevard is a large grounds with several arenas and halls. Harbourfront Centre on Queens Quay West and the Distillery Historic District on Mill Street draw dinner and sightseeing groups, and Casa Loma is a known setting for weddings and corporate events. These names are for reference only and imply no link to us.
Groups also book us for birthdays, bachelorette nights, weddings and corporate outings. One vehicle for the whole group means nobody coordinates parking or a designated driver.
Which airport do Toronto groups use?
Toronto Pearson lies largely outside the city limits, in Mississauga, though a corner of it reaches Etobicoke. Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport sits at 2 Eireann Quay, on the island side of the harbour. See our Pearson and Billy Bishop pages for how we handle each. UP Express links Union Station, Bloor, Weston and Pearson Terminal 1, but a private vehicle is simpler when you have luggage or a group.
What should I send for a Toronto quote?
Give us the pickup address, every stop, the drop-off, the date and your target finish. Add the passenger count and any luggage. The quote reflects the date, the hours, the vehicle, how many are riding, the route, stops and any waiting, so fuller details mean a firmer first reply.
