Booking and quotes
Booking starts with a request, not a payment. You send the date, the pickup address, the destination, any stops and your group size through the quote form, or by phone or WhatsApp on +1 647 477 1520. We check the vehicle for your date and send a written quote.
Nothing is final until you confirm. If your plans change before then, tell us and we will update the quote. Details can be sent at any hour, and we will pick them up and reply.
Vehicles and capacity
Our fleet runs from an executive sedan up to a large coach. A party bus suits big groups and long nights, a stretch limousine suits a smaller group arriving in style, a luxury SUV suits up to six, and an executive sedan suits up to three. For groups beyond a party bus, ask about group transportation.
If your group is right at a vehicle’s limit, say so. We would rather quote the next size up than have anyone squeezed in.
Airports and getting around the GTA
We arrange rides to Toronto Pearson and Billy Bishop, covered on the Pearson and Billy Bishop pages. Send your flight details with your request so the pickup can be planned properly.
Within the GTA, check the locations hub to see how pickups work in your area. Routes beyond the city, including Niagara Falls, are quoted trip by trip.
Payments and cancellations
We do not state payment methods or a cancellation rule on this page. Both are confirmed in your written quote, which is the document that applies to your booking. Please read it before you say yes, and ask if a line is not clear.
