Who the executive sedan suits
The executive sedan is the right pick when the trip is about getting one to three people somewhere calmly and on time. Think of a client collected for a meeting downtown, a couple heading to a restaurant, or a family member returning from a flight. It is not built for a crowd, and it does not pretend to be.
If you are travelling alone or as a pair, this is usually the sensible size. You get a private cabin and a driver who handles the route, and you are not paying for seats nobody uses.
How a sedan trip works
You send us the date, the pickup address, the drop-off and the number of passengers. We check the vehicle against your plan, then send a written quote. Once you accept and we confirm in writing, the booking is set. Nothing is reserved until that confirmation arrives.
A few details change the quote: the hours the vehicle is with you, the distance, any extra stops, and time spent waiting. A short transfer with no waiting is simple to plan. A full evening with several stops needs a clearer outline, so describe it as it is.
For airport trips, read how we handle Pearson Airport pickups and Billy Bishop Airport pickups before you send your request, so you know what to tell us.
Sedan or something larger?
Count heads first, then bags. Three adults with large suitcases can outgrow a sedan faster than the seat count suggests. The luxury SUV seats up to 6 and gives luggage more room to breathe, while the stretch limousine is built around a shared, social ride for 8 to 10.
| Group | Vehicle to ask about |
|---|---|
| 1 to 3 people, light luggage | Executive sedan |
| 4 to 6 people or bulky bags | Luxury SUV |
| 8 to 10 people, a night out | Stretch limousine |
These are starting points, not promises. Exact capacity is confirmed with your quote.
What we do and do not know about the vehicle
To be plain: the photos shown are stand-ins, and make, model and onboard features for the sedan are unconfirmed. No amenities are listed because none are verified. If a feature matters to you, ask before booking and rely on the written answer.
What to tell us when you ask for a quote
- The date and the pickup time you want
- Pickup and drop-off addresses, or the airport and terminal
- How many passengers, and roughly how much luggage
- Any stops on the way and whether the driver should wait
- Your preferred way to be contacted
When you have those ready, our chauffeur service page explains how a driver-led booking is handled, and you can send everything through the free quote form.
