Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 2026-11-02

We want this website and our service to be usable by as many people as possible. This page explains our goal, how to ask about an accessible vehicle, and how to tell us when something is not working for you.

Our website goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This is a goal we work toward, not a claim that every page already meets it. Some parts of the site may fall short, and we fix issues as we find them.

Asking for an accessible vehicle

If a passenger needs step-free boarding, extra space, mobility aids or any other support, say so in your quote request. We will confirm in writing which options we can offer for your date and vehicle. We do not promise any accessibility feature before we have confirmed it with your quote.

Please describe what you need as specifically as you can, such as the type of mobility aid and how many passengers need support. This helps us give you an honest answer rather than a general one.

Reporting a barrier

If you find a part of this website hard to use, or a booking step you cannot complete, please tell us. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the device or assistive tool you were using if you know it.

You can also send your quote request by phone or message instead of using the form. We will respond and look at the problem.

Ongoing work

We review this statement as the site changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
