You will not find a table of fixed fees on this page, and that is deliberate. The most useful thing we can do is quote your booking for the date, hours, vehicle and route you actually need, then confirm it before you commit. This page explains how that works so you can send the right details the first time.
What does a quote include?
A quote from us names the vehicle, the pickup time and place, the stops and final drop-off, the hours of service, and the driver. It also records any waiting time or special request that was agreed. If it is not in the quote, it was not part of the plan, so we put the important items in writing.
You can request quotes for any of our services: airport transfers, executive chauffeur, limo service, party bus rental and group coach trips.
Why isn’t there a published list?
Think of two bookings for the same stretch limousine. One is a short run to a venue on a quiet weeknight. The other is a Saturday in June with a pickup in Mississauga, two stops downtown and a late finish. Same vehicle, completely different jobs. A single published number would be wrong for one of them, and you would have to guess which.
We would rather give you a real figure for your own plans than a general one you have to interpret. That is also why our price guides explain what moves a quote instead of quoting a number.
What changes a quote?
The cards below set out the main factors. In practice they come down to three questions: when do you want the vehicle, for how long, and where does it need to go? Busy dates and long evenings with multiple stops need more planning than a short trip, and the size of your group decides which vehicle fits at all. What should you send for a fast quote?
Copy this checklist into a message, an email or the request a quote form:
- Date and start time
- Pickup address and the city or area
- Every stop in order, and the final drop-off
- How many hours you want the vehicle
- Number of passengers
- Occasion, such as wedding, prom, birthday or airport
- Special requests, such as a child seat or an extra pickup
If you do not know the hours yet, give us the first pickup and the last stop and we help estimate the time between.
How does the process work after that?
- You send the details by form, WhatsApp, phone or email.
- We confirm which vehicle fits your group and the plan.
- We send your free quote with the terms for that booking.
- You review it, ask questions and change anything that is off.
- You confirm when you are happy with it.
