Terms of Service

These terms describe how quotes and bookings work with Party Bus Rental Toronto. By using this website or requesting a quote, you agree to them. If something here is unclear, contact us before you book.

Quotes

A quote is a response to the details you send. It confirms availability only when it says so, and it may change if your date, hours, route, stops, group size or waiting time change. Submitting a quote request does not reserve a vehicle.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it in writing. Until you receive that confirmation, no vehicle is held for you. Keep the written confirmation as your record of what was agreed.

Payment and cancellation

Payment terms and cancellation terms are stated in each written quote. Read them before you accept, and ask us if anything is unclear.

Driver discretion and safety

Every vehicle is operated by a driver, and the driver may make decisions for the safety of passengers and others. This can include changing a route, refusing a stop, or ending a trip early if behaviour or conditions are unsafe. Passengers must follow reasonable driver instructions and keep to the vehicle’s capacity.

Changes to your trip

If your plans change, tell us as early as you can. We will say in writing whether the change is possible and whether the quote is affected.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by things outside our control, such as traffic, weather, road closures or events at a venue. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute is handled under those laws.
