Game day

Sports Event Transportation in Toronto

Sports event transportation is a booked vehicle and driver that takes your group to the game and back, so nobody circles for parking. A stretch limousine seats 8 to 10, a party bus up to 20+. Send the venue, puck-drop or kickoff time and headcount, and we send a free quote.

  • Group arrives together, leaves together
  • No parking, no designated driver
  • Limo, party bus or group coach quote

Game day is the easiest event to over-plan and the hardest to get home from. Everyone wants to arrive together, nobody wants to pay to park downtown, and the end of the game empties the neighbourhood in twenty minutes. A booked vehicle sorts the logistics before the anthem plays.

What does game-day transportation actually include?

A driver, a vehicle and an agreed plan. That plan covers the pickup point and time, any stops on the way, the drop-off near the venue and the return arrangement. For the return, you choose between a driver who waits through the game and one who comes back at a set time after the final whistle.

Large venues near the waterfront and the downtown core, such as Scotiabank Arena and Exhibition Place, tend to be the focus, and our downtown Toronto page covers that area.

Which vehicle should we pick?

Group size Vehicle Why it fits
Small circle, up to about 10 Stretch limousine Quieter, easier to place close to the entrance
Mid to large group Party bus Seats up to 20+, group stays together
Very large group Group coach Quote only, up to 56 passengers

Exact capacity is always confirmed in the quote. If your group is borderline, say so and we help you decide.

How should a season-ticket group organise this?

Regular crews can make life easier by booking a pattern, not a single night. Tell us the games you want covered and we quote each date. Pick one person to hold the headcount, because attendance changes with the schedule. For the planning side, the group transportation guide walks through headcounts and communication.

What about weather and traffic?

Winter hockey nights bring snow, and summer stadium games bring crowds. Either way, downtown roads are slower than usual before and after the event. We cannot forecast closures, so keep your pickup time generous and tell the driver about any change. Travel times are traffic permitting.

How is a game-day quote built?

The main inputs are the date and time, hours booked, vehicle, headcount, route, stops and waiting time. Having the driver wait through the game changes the quote compared with booking a separate pickup afterwards. See what affects party bus cost for how each input works. We reply to every request with a free quote, and you decide from there.

What changes your quote?

Every trip is quoted for its own details. These are the things that move a quote.

  • Date and time

Friday and Saturday nights, holidays and prom or wedding season book up first.

  • Duration

Hourly bookings depend on how long you need the vehicle and driver.

  • Vehicle

A sedan, a stretch limousine, a party bus and a coach are quoted differently.

  • Passenger count

Group size decides which vehicle fits comfortably.

  • Route and distance

Pickup, drop-off and any out-of-town leg are part of the quote.

  • Number of stops

Multi-stop nights out and venue hops are planned and quoted together.

  • Waiting time

Airport waits and event waits are agreed before you confirm.

  • Special requests

Décor, child seats or extra pickups are added to the quote on request.

Quick answers

Frequently asked questions

Can't find your answer? Send a quote request or call us and we will help.

Which Toronto venues do game-day groups ask about most?
Scotiabank Arena, home of the Maple Leafs and Raptors, and the Exhibition Place grounds, where BMO Field sits. We list them only to help you describe your plan and we are not affiliated with either.
How early should the group be picked up?
Earlier than feels necessary. Game nights add traffic downtown, and a pre-game meal or a stop for the group often takes longer than planned. Give us the start time and we help set the pickup.
Can we do a pre-game at a house before heading out?
Yes. A house or condo pre-game is a normal pickup. Share the address, the entrance and the time the group will actually be ready.
Where will the vehicle stop at the venue?
We aim for the nearest practical drop-off. We do not hold current curb or loading rules for individual venues, so check each venue's own transport guidance and tell us about any restrictions you know of.
How do we get home after a late finish?
Agree a pickup spot and a phone check-in before the game. Overtime and extra-time games mean the end time moves, so a short buffer helps.
Can the bus take a company group to a game?
Yes. Corporate hosting is quoted like any other group booking. Our corporate event transportation page explains the details.
What about a group of 30 or more?
For large groups we quote a group coach carrying up to 56 passengers. Send the headcount through group transportation and we plan from there.
Do you travel to games outside Toronto?
We quote GTA venues and longer trips. Name the stadium and date in your request.
