Corporate transport works best when one person owns the plan and the vehicle fits it. We match a driver-included vehicle to your schedule: an executive sedan for a single guest, a luxury SUV for a small team with luggage, or a party bus when a department is heading to the same place. Start by telling us who is travelling and when.
What do planners usually book?
Most requests fall into a few patterns. You may need one or several of them in the same week.
- Client or speaker pickups from a hotel, office or airport.
- Staff shuttles between an office and an offsite venue.
- Holiday parties and team dinners where nobody should drive afterward.
- Conference days with several pickups at set times.
- Executive transfers with a driver who stays on call between meetings.
For individual executives who travel often, the chauffeur service page explains how a recurring driver arrangement can work.
Which vehicle fits which group?
| Who is travelling | Vehicle | Why it fits |
|---|---|---|
| One to three people | Executive sedan | Quiet, private, easy to park at a venue entrance |
| Up to six people | Luxury SUV | Seats a small team and their bags |
| Larger staff group | Party bus | Listed for up to 20+ passengers |
| Very large group | Group coach | Up to 56, by quote only |
Capacity depends on the exact vehicle, so it is confirmed when we send your quote. The coach has no fleet page yet; request it through group transportation.
How do we plan a multi-stop day?
Give us each leg in order: where it starts, where it ends, the time the people need to be there and how many are riding. We check the order against likely traffic and tell you if a leg looks tight. If a morning pickup feeds into an afternoon return, say so, because it changes whether the vehicle waits or goes back and forth. Airport legs work the same way; the airport limo page covers what we need for an arrival or a departure.
What should you send for a quote?
- Date and the time of the first pickup.
- Every pickup and drop-off address, including the venue entrance if it matters.
- Headcount for each leg, and whether luggage is involved.
- Expected finish time and any chance the event runs late.
- A contact who will be on site on the day.
Send it through the quote form, by WhatsApp or by email whenever suits you. We come back with one written quote for the whole plan.
Is a party bus appropriate for a company outing?
It can be, depending on your culture and the event. A holiday party or a team celebration is a natural fit, since everyone arrives together and nobody drives home. For a formal client dinner a sedan or SUV is usually the calmer choice. If you are unsure, tell us the tone of the evening and we suggest the better match. The party bus vs limo guide helps compare the two.
What affects the quote?
Waiting time, extra stops, the route, the vehicle and the number of riders all change it. A longer booking means more hours quoted; a straight point-to-point transfer is simpler than a loop with several stops. We do not publish figures because they would be wrong for most trips.
