A casino night works best when the ride is sorted before the evening starts. A private party bus or stretch limousine collects everyone in the GTA, takes you to the resort and waits to bring you home with a driver included. Tell us the casino, the date and how many are coming.
Where do groups go?
The two destinations that come up most are on opposite sides of Toronto, and neither is a short trip.

How long does the drive take?
For Niagara Falls, the official tourism site gives roughly an hour and a half from the GTA, and busy periods such as rush hour and weekends can stretch that a lot. That is why we ask what time you want to arrive and plan the pickup backward from it. For Casino Rama, the resort’s own wording is 90 minutes north of Toronto. Treat both as traffic permitting, and leave a cushion.

Seating differs by vehicle, so an early and honest headcount helps us suggest the right one.
What about entry rules?
We do not control who a casino admits. Each venue sets its own entry policy and can change it. Both Casino Rama and Fallsview Casino Resort publish a minimum age of 19, and Casino Rama asks for government photo ID. Ask your group to bring valid ID and check the venue’s site before you travel. We make no promises about admission.

- Every pickup address and how many people board at each.
- Your hoped-for arrival time and return time.
- Whether you want a stop for dinner on the way.

How is the quote built?
Which casino you choose, how many stops we make, the vehicle, the group size and how long the driver waits all feed it. A one-way drop is simpler than a night with a late return, because waiting is quoted in hours. We do not list figures here. Ask for a free quote and the answer comes back in writing.
