A wedding day runs on a timetable, and the transport is one of the few parts you can lock in early. We supply the vehicle and the driver. You supply the plan, and we turn it into a quote for your date.
Which vehicle suits a wedding?
The right choice depends on who rides and how many stops you have. Exact capacity is confirmed with your quote.
| Who is riding | Vehicle | Why couples choose it |
|---|---|---|
| Couple plus a few close people | Stretch limousine | Room for a gown, a classic arrival, seats 8 to 10 |
| Couple, parents or a small family | Luxury SUV | Quieter look, easy for luggage, up to 6 |
| Bridal party or a guest shuttle | Party bus | Everyone travels together, up to 20+ |
| A very large guest list | Group coach | Quote request only, up to 56 passengers |
What does a wedding booking usually include?
Most wedding days have the same shape: getting ready, a ceremony, photographs, a reception and a ride home. We plan the booking as a sequence of stops with a driver who stays with the vehicle throughout.
- Pickup at the home, hotel or salon where the day starts
- A ceremony stop, then time for photos
- The reception venue
- A late ride to a hotel or home
Tell us the order and we price the whole route as one booking. If you only need part of the day, such as the ceremony to the reception, we can quote that alone.
How should I plan the timing?
Build in more time than you think you need. Photos, hugging relatives and parking at busy venues all take minutes that add up. A good habit is to ask the photographer for a finish time and give that to us as the departure time.
Toronto traffic is a real factor on Saturdays, especially downtown. Give the driver a clear pickup point and a phone number for the person in charge on the day, and traffic delays become the driver’s problem to manage rather than yours.
Who should I book for guests?
If most guests can drive, the couple’s vehicle may be all you need. If your venue is far from the ceremony or guests are drinking, a shared vehicle makes the day easier on everyone. A party bus keeps a group together, and the group transportation page covers the larger coach option.

What affects the wedding quote?
A peak Saturday is quoted differently from a weekday ceremony, and the number of stops and any waiting at the photo location also count. No fixed rate is published, so the fastest way to a number is to request a quote with your details.
