A wine day in Niagara is more relaxed when someone else handles the road. We provide a driver and a private vehicle from Toronto and across the GTA, so your group can head out together, enjoy the stops you have lined up and come home without anyone planning who stays sober at the wheel. Tell us where you want to go and when.
How does a Niagara wine day work?
You pick the stops, book anything that needs a reservation and send us the schedule. We handle the pickup, the drive and the waiting. Our focus is the transport, so we do not recommend or name particular wineries. Your plan stays yours.
A typical request includes a morning pickup in the GTA, two or three stops and an evening return. Some groups add a lunch or a visit to the Falls. The Toronto to Niagara Falls route page plus our private transport guide for Niagara Falls cover the drive and the surrounding area.
How long is the drive?
The drive from the GTA to the wine region follows the QEW, and Niagara Falls Tourism puts the usual trip near an hour and a half, with rush hour and weekends stretching it well past that. A weekend departure from Toronto can run slower than a weekday one, so choose your start time with that in mind. Treat these figures as a planning guide only.
Which vehicle should we book?
| Group | Vehicle | What it suits |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 6 | Luxury SUV | A small group wanting a quieter ride |
| 8 to 10 | Stretch limousine | Friends or a celebration, social seating |
| Up to 20+ | Party bus | A larger birthday, bachelorette or anniversary crowd |
| Up to 56 | Group coach | By quote, through group transportation |
Count the people who will really ride, and we check the exact seating before you commit.
What about drinks and onboard rules?
We do not make claims about what can be brought on board or consumed in the vehicle. Rules vary, and we confirm them with your quote, so mention it when you ask. Tasting rooms also have their own policies and age limits, and those are the venue’s to explain. The point of hiring a driver is that nobody in your group has to drive after the tastings.
What should we send for a quote?
- The date and the time you want to leave.
- Pickup addresses and how many people board at each.
- The stops you have in mind and how long you plan to stay.
- When you want to be home.
- Any luggage, gifts or purchases you expect to carry back.
Send these through the quote form, WhatsApp or email. The same plan works for a birthday party bus or an anniversary or bachelorette day.
How is the quote worked out?
Pickup areas, the number of stops, how long the driver waits, the vehicle and your group size all shape it. A day with long tastings costs more hours than a quick one. Nothing is listed here, because each plan is different. We send a written quote and confirm the details with you.
